Supervision

In-person or online supervision for yoga teachers offers a formal setting within which to regularly discuss teaching and practice as a means of processing experience. Working together to ensure, develop and refine the efficacy of teaching, supervision enables yoga teachers to present questions and/or concerns to a senior trainer. It can provide a necessary form of mentoring for new teachers and support for experienced teachers. Conducted within a formal working relationship, it involves careful reflection on experience, behaviour and process that embodies yoga. It can take on different constructs such as small group (2-3 people) or one-to-one meetings and a timeframe can be established to suit schedules. There may also be independent learning assigned between sessions as mutually agreed.

Minimum of three sessions or ongoing. Fee to be established based on circumstances. Please fill out this form to find out more information.

“I just wanted to say how very helpful I found the session yesterday and how much more positive it has made me feel. You have a way of just bringing it all back, it brings me back to myself, why I want to do this, what I want to share, not to apologise and to be who I am and that that is ok (an ongoing struggle for me). In fact all back to my original intention for the TT, pretty much. So much more helpful than you may realise.” - Claire
