Leicestershire - Foundation Yoga Course

The Summer Course runs: June 7 - July 26 (weekly on Wednesdays; no class July 5)
The Foundation Course is designed for those new to yoga or returning to the practice. The course will cover the basics of the main yoga postures and will include a period of relaxation at the end of each class. The style of yoga is slow and gently flowing with clear alignment based instruction and time to absorb and integrate the different actions and concepts. No knowledge of yoga is necessary although a basic level of fitness is advised.
Please note: You cannot join the course half way through. If you would like to join you must begin at the beginning of the term or wait till the next one. It is your responsibility to attend the sessions. There is no refund for missing an individual class.
Courses will run continuously throughout the year based on Anna’s teaching schedule - there is a Winter/Spring Course, a Summer Course and an Autumn/Winter Course.
